Decisions — Chez Yin
- D1 — Spec draft for a lead (2026-08-10). Owner not contacted. DRAFT=true throughout;
no go-live path until engagement. Preview exists to show the owner what their site could be.
- D2 — FR only for the spec draft. Suite default is FR+EN; EN deferred to first client
round to keep the spec lean (clinique-auto-renens precedent). Revisit at engagement.
- D3 — Category. Lead intake said «café»; Google types + all 5 reviews say Chinese
restaurant (Sichuan, canard laqué, raviolis maison). Built as restaurant-or-cafe spec,
restaurant flavor. Confirm positioning with owner.
- D4 — Greenfield brand from the room. No site, no logo. Palette eyedropped from place
photos: burgundy leather chairs (primary #7C2B2C), blue-white porcelain (accent #31508F),
magenta wall placards (accent-2 #C9366B), cream stone (bg #FAF4E9), wood tables (#D9BE93).
Typography: Noto Serif SC (headings, hanzi accents like the wall placards) + Source Sans 3.
Signature elements: porcelain double-rule dividers, dish-placard tags — no dragon clichés.
- D5 — No menu page content. No menu data exists.
/carte/ships as an honest skeleton:
review-derived favourites (attributed) + [TBD:] sections. The CHF 16 lunch menu from an
Oct 2024 review is NOT published as a price.
- D6 — Reservation = phone. No booking platform known; tap-to-call is the only
reservation path (sticky on mobile).
- D7 — Google photos as placeholders. Compressed, used only under the draft ribbon,
listed for replacement in TODO [T5]. Photographer attributions kept in this file:
hero braise + placard-wall room (guests: Luck y, Yiyi Ying), shui-zhu fish (Money Or),
stir-fry plate (Luck y), packed room (owner account Chez Yin).
- D8 — Hero layout
porcelain-band-photo-right— registry has no porcelain-band layout;
distinct from all existing sites.
